The Technical Reference Manual (aka TRM) is a comprehensive list of the cost and savings associated with the installation of individual energy efficient measures.  The energy and demand savings represent typical measures and are assumed to be the savings that would occur at the customer's meter.

 

The manual, also referred to as the UI and CL&P Program Savings Documentation, is updated annually and submitted with the UI and CL&P annual Conservation and Load Management Plan in October.

 

The Conservation and Load Management Plan for 2008 was filed with the DPUC on October 1, 2007, and has been assigned Docket No. 07-10-03.  Follow these links to locate the TRM or for information on the DPUC's review of the 2008 Conservation and Load Management Plan.
