The Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund supports a program that allows retail outlets to sell CFLs at discounted prices.  Under this program, which is adminstered by UI and CL&P, the Connecticut Energy Efficiency Fund pays the retailer an amount to reduce the full retail price of certain CFLs.
